We have been pleased with the mannerism of the personel sent out, and the quality of the workmanship. When we have had to deal with customer initiated complaints you have come to help in a fair and timely fashion. You have been able to turn quote requests around to solid quotes in less than a week and if I am in a panic you were able to send it to me the next day. As a contractor it is extremely important that all of our sub-trades are experienced and knowledgeable and can meet deadlines and budgets. We have used a number of insulation contractors in the past but when it comes to the insulation stag of our projects we have never had a problem or concern with Grand River Insulation.

B&M Construction is not a large company. Last year was a busy year for us and we probably did close to $100,000 worth of insulation. The 10 years before that was much less and yet Grand River’s professional service and attitude hasn’t changed and they’ve always made us feel like their most important customer.
Jeff knows his trade like no one else. Every time I see him on a job he gives me tips on how other contractors build, what other municipality inspectors are asking for, where the building market is going and what possible changes to expect to the building code. Jeff is always quick to send info and explain foam density or insulation packages when needed by inspectors. A few times this year we had to change our schedule at the last minute and although Jeff was busy, he was able to call other builders and contractors to reschedule their jobs in order to accommodate ours.

As a contractor/carpenter, I not only schedule the jobs with Jeff, but I also work in close contact with all of his employees. Inspectors know that if Grand River did the insulating than it was done right. The other sub-trades on the job take notice and comment at how quickly they can get the job done. Whether it is spray foam, batts and poly or blown in attics, the Grand River Insulation employees work quick, do a great job and are helpful and easy to work with.
